Lee David Harbert is a diligent Financial Services professional with a
Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of
Michigan. Here he studied finance and general business management that
involved leadership, strategy sales and product management. He served
Midland Montague in California as Director of operations. It is a
capital market start-up firm owned by Midland Bank PLC. In this, he had
the responsibility to gain start up expertise in the capital market
arena. He also implemented new technologies for securities trading,
portfolio accounting and a new compliance and regulatory department.

He
served Fidelity Investments as the Senior Vice President from
1996-1998. In this company, he had an array of responsibilities, such as
supervising the overall transformation of the business. It resulted in
25% improvement in operating margins, 12% improvement in market share,
45% improvement in revenue growth and more. He also implemented new
service delivery model that resulted in higher customer engagement and
more revenue from all the clients.
From 1998 till 2002, Lee David Harbert has worked with Barclays Global Investors as the Managing Director. Within 4 years, he established new relationships; introduced existing clients with new products, improved ranking by size from 5 to 4, and retained largest client, the federal government, with $74 billion in assets. His scope of responsibilities included direct sales, relationship management, and sales support.

He implemented go to market strategies resulting in 46% new business growth. With his knowledge, he increased individual sales performance in top 20% of annual US auto units sold.
