Lee David Harbert is an expert in the field of Financial Services. He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan, where he studied finance and general business management that involved leadership, strategy sales and product management. He also has general security licenses including 7, 24 and 63. After finishing his education, he joined Advance Mortgage Corporation as Assistant Treasurer. Here he managed the Hazard Insurance Department and worked for one year. With years of experience, he has the expertise to raise the business and gain profit from it.

In 1996, Lee Harbert started working at Fidelity Investments as Senior Vice President. The company was the largest provider of asset management and support services in the market. Owing to his role in the firm, his responsibility was to supervise the complete transformation of the business that brought 25% improvement in operating margins, 12% improvement in market share, and 45% improvement n revenue growth. He implemented a new service delivery model that resulted in a great number of customer engagement.

Lee David Harbert is also serving Stewart Automotive Group in California since 2013.This is a new vehicle franchise for Jeep, Dodge, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Cadillac and Ram. In this company, his role is of an Internet/Fleet/Commercial Sales Manager FCA, and has a long list of responsibilities. With his professional knowledge, he has successfully implemented effective marketing strategies that resulted in 46% new business growth and his individual sales performance was in the top 20% of annual auto units sold in the US.

Apart from his profession, he has interest in outdoor sports too, and golf is one his favorite. On his holidays, he likes to play golf with a group of his friends. For him, it is a recreational activity and can be enjoyed at any age. Out of his interest in the sport, he became a member of the golf club in his locality.

Lee D Harbert is an experienced senior executive who holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He has also attended West Bloomfield High School. After completing his studies, he started his career with Advanced Mortgage Corporation as an Assistant Treasurer. He worked with this corporation for a year, and successfully managed the hazard insurance department to ensure the entire mortgage portfolio had proper insurance, which comprised over 150,000 homes.

In 1980, he joined the 12th US largest commercial bank named Croker National Bank as a Financial Analyst. Owing to his dedication and hard work, he was promoted to AVP in 1982 and then VP in 1985. At this bank, Lee D Harbert gained experience in retail, corporate, and capital markets. His responsibilities included managing over 100 investment professionals involved in US Government primary dealership investment activities and developing a comprehensive plan that included revamping operating procedures, completing new management team and new technology platform.

During his employment with Midland Montague, he served the position of the Director of Operations, and was involved in implementing new technologies for securities trading, portfolio accounting, etc. He successfully realized $5 million in first year, and the firm performed in the top 10% in its peer group. Presently, Lee D Harbert has two jobs - Internet/Fleet/Commercial Sales Manager at Stewart Automotive Group (since 2013) and Managing Director of Griffith & Associates (since January 2003).

He is a sports lover, and golf is his favorite activity. Whenever he gets free time from his busy schedule and on weekends, he goes out with his friends, and enjoys golf. He believes that sports activities play an important role in promoting a healthy lifestyle, and everyone should participate in some kind of sports.
